Product
It delivers a hydrating, conditioning balm directly onto the areas you apply it to. Skin is left looking plumper, smoother and more luminous, with a soft dewy finish rather than a matte one.
Each stick contains 5g. How long it lasts depends entirely on how often and how generously you use it. We will publish a typical usage figure once we have real customer data, rather than estimating one now.
Below 25°C and away from direct sunlight, so the balm keeps its texture. If it has been left somewhere warm, let it return to room temperature before use.
No. This product is not a sunscreen and makes no sun protection claim. Continue to use a dedicated broad-spectrum SPF as part of your daytime routine.
Ingredients
PDRN stands for polydeoxyribonucleotide, a polynucleotide ingredient widely used across Korean skincare. In a cosmetic formula like ours it is included to support the look of smoother, fresher, better-hydrated skin. We describe it in appearance terms only.
Topical collagen is a skin-conditioning ingredient. It helps the surface of the skin feel supple and look firmer. It is not the same as the collagen your skin produces structurally, and we do not suggest a balm rebuilds it.

We cannot make a blanket suitability claim for every skin type. If your skin is sensitive or reactive, review the full ingredient list, patch test on a small area of skin, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are unsure, speak to a dermatologist or pharmacist.
Application
Under the eyes, across smile lines, on the forehead, along the cheekbones, on the lips and on the neck. Avoid direct contact with the eyes themselves.
Morning and night as part of your routine, and again through the day whenever skin needs a lift.
After your serum and moisturiser, as a targeted final step. It can also be used on its own when you want something quick.
Yes. Apply it first and let it settle for a moment before your base.
Yes. Press it gently on top rather than dragging, especially over powder products, for a dewier finish.
Orders and shipping
Standard delivery is R100 and express delivery is R150. Standard delivery is free on orders of R770 and over.
Yes, to a selected list of destinations at a flat rate of R310. The countries we currently ship to are shown at checkout.
We dispatch from Midrand, Gauteng.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a further email with tracking details once it has been dispatched.
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we will do what we can before the order is dispatched. Once a parcel has left us it must be handled as a return.
Returns
Our full returns policy is published in the store policies linked in the footer. Please read it before returning anything, as cosmetics that have been opened or used are treated differently to unopened stock for hygiene reasons.
Email us with your order number and a photograph of the damage as soon as you receive it, and we will resolve it.
Stop using it immediately and contact us with your order number. If a reaction is severe or does not settle, please seek medical advice.

Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
